October 28, 2019 - Reach3 Insights has been named winner of the 2019 EXPLOR Award for its unique messenger-based shopper research conducted on behalf of a leading CPG manufacturer.
The recognition, an annual case study competition honoring innovation in marketing research, was voted on by attendees at the Insights Association Corporate Researchers Conference (CRC) on October 24th, in Orlando, Florida.
Reach3 was awarded for its work in helping identify shopper barriers and motivators to using a global retailer’s online grocery pickup service. The strategic research consultancy employed a fast, iterative research solution that engaged shoppers via modern messenger networks to capture real-time insights on e-commerce purchase behaviors. Reach3 also applied advanced predictive analytics and deep shopper video & photo analysis to develop a holistic understanding of omnichannel activation triggers. The research has helped the multi-national CPG manufacturer to optimize online e-commerce & physical retail pick-up conversion for one of the world’s largest global retailers.

CRC is an annual leadership symposium hosted by the Insights Association for market researchers and data analysts throughout North America. The annual EXPLOR award competition pits innovation leaders from global corporations, research agencies and academia against one another to determine the case study with the highest impact and that has done the most to advance the research and insights process.
Reach3 was named a finalist for the award by a global team of judges. The case study was then presented on-site by Reach3 Vice President & Founding Partner Jon Dore and was voted into first place by a strong majority of CRC delegates.
